All experiences must be booked in advance directly with the participating venue.
Dates and times are subject to availability.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Failure to attend without notice may result in the voucher being void.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable

Vouchers are non-refundable.
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
